"Hi, my name is Bas. I am an intern at English Education Group / Anglia. I study International Business Studies at Curio College in Roosendaal.

Unfortunately my internship cannot take place due to the corona conditions, but fortunately I can enjoy this delicious cake from Anglia at home. I can't wait to start working at Anglia next school year, hopefully I can start my internship soon, but still enjoy my cake first!'

Extra Lions Donation for EFKF Project Mozambique

4/24/2020

Corona does not only affect teaching, in some countries it also means daily food is a challenge. Project leader Raymundo in Mozambique replied in an email last month that the lessons had to be conducted online, but that another problem was the food for his pupils.

Although EFKF does not provide food support, the EFKF Board did look around for a solution and found it in Lions Club Halderberge, who kindly supported the project with an extra donation of €250. Our Mozambique contact Jos Blaauwhof has guided the project and yesterday Raymundo has let us know that the money is being well spent. More information about our Moambique Project on www.efkf.org

Live meetings provide extra summer support for schools and students

4/24/2020

Summer 2020 will be different in many ways. Unpredictable. Anglia Team Roosendaal has decided to offer extra support for schools  and students who want to do some extra activities in July or August. Live meetings on our new Platform will be a great option for this.
Picture
Over the past month the number of Live Webinars has rocketed. It is easy and safe. Inspiring and exciting. Teachers and students from Spain, Vietnam, Argentina, Ukraine, Germany, Belgium and Indonesia have been on the Platform so far, discussing various forms of cooperation. In July and August the Platform will be available for our Members, so please contact Angela@Anglia.nl.
